Manuscript transcription of the devotional diary of Elizabeth Hughes, the older sister of Presbyterian minister Obadiah Hughes (1695-1751). Transcribed after her 1734 death, the volume contains her diary entries from 1710 to 1734, plus the text of the sermon preached at her funeral by her brother-in-law, Rev. Samuel Wright (1783-1746).
